My view on this is @pgatour and @livgolfinv is this. #Freewill. If players want to play around the world or in other countries or on other tours they should be allowed to do so. That is what grows the game.

That said the pga tour is the best platform to play on. It offers great exposure and endorsement deals when you play on it. I would like to see the tour grow the game by offering mini tour golfers more grants and sponsorships. But thats my opinion.

I hypothesized that most fans were flexible to LIV and were excited by a new format. I get the traditionalist like myself prefer the 4 day mano a mano marathon. The best atheletes in the world always compete for the biggest purses.

Look if the world cup is in Qatar and the summer Olympics were all in places that had the money to host these sporting events and if the NBA has a deep partnership with China, dont they also have human rights violations?

The results of this poll for me shows how a small sample of golfers want to see both formatts. Can't the fans get what they want?
